Keewatinohk – Converter station decommissioning

ODK Engineering is overseeing the decommissioning of the Keewatinohk converter station camp site and associated infrastructure. The project consists of reclamation of the land at several quarries and construction staging areas used during the building of the converter station, installation of water and sewer system for Manitoba Hydro’s permanent site residences, and decommissioning of Camp Lagoon. ODK is providing the on-site supervision, quality control, safety, and environmental management. This work is being completed through a joint venture agreement between ODK and Fox Lake Cree Nation.
